As a Syrian Orthodox Christian congregation, we unequivocally profess our faith, allegiance and loyalty to the Holy Apostolic Throne of St. Peter at Antioch, to his Holiness Moran Mor Ignatius Aphrem II, Patriarch of Antioch and All the East and Supreme Head of the Universal Syriac Orthodox Church, to His Beatitude Aboon Mor Baselius Thomas I, the Catholicos of the East and Metropolitan Trustee of the Jacobite Syrian Church in India, to the Holy Episcopal Synod of the Jacobite Syrian Church and to His Grace Mor Osthatheos Pathrose, Metropolitan of Bangalore Diocese of the Holy Jacobite Syrian Christian Church. A word of special thanks to His Grace Mor Osthatheos Pathrose, our Diocesan Metropolitan, for his able guidance and support for the St. Mary's JSO Cathedral Trust.
The day to day administration of our church is managed by the Board of Trustees who are elected by the General Body Meeting of the church held every year. The Board of Trustees has 31 members currently, including the office-bearers, ex-officio representations from the various forums and committees of the Cathedral and special invitees.
